Born in Zagreb, Croatia, 1955, Igor Mojzes started painting at the age of ten in the studio of Sergei Mihic, Zagreb. Lived throughout Europe prior to moving to Toronto, Canada in 1978. His paintings are part of numerous private art collections worldwide.

"My work is a consequence and record of my search for answers to fundamental existential questions. Looking, painting and again looking is the way in which I can attempt to do this. As a record, I hope my paintings communicate this process which, I believe, in inself contains all the answers."
