Kobi Israel is an award winning photographer whose clients include Israel's leading record labels N.M.C. Music (licensees of Sony and EMI) and Hed Arzi (licensees of WEA and BMG). As a participant in many solo and group exhibitions internationally, the thirty-year old has received numerous awards for his photography, including TimeOut Magazine's annual Travel Photography Award (London,1997), and Practical Photography's Portrait Contest (1998). Kobi Israel spent his earlier days in the New York Film Academy in New York and the School of Visual Arts in Tel-Aviv, where he had directed a short-film which was screened at the Tel-Aviv Cinematique and broadcast on national television. He is now a freelance photographer based in Tel-Aviv, doing work for the travel, public relations and music industries. A regular contributor to Israel's top travel magazine, "Massa Acher", Kobi also finds time to teach at two high-schools, and is currently working on a personal art project on 'lifestyle'.
