Corfield was born 1970, in Bournemouth, Dorset, UK. He was able to draw at the age of six, making copies from pictures drawn by his Grandfather. His next teacher was a Mrs. Short at the secondary school. She was probably instrumental in guiding his career to where it is now. Since leaving school, he has been totally self taught in the further techniques of using paint brushes and airbrush.
